The Hudsmith Studio
We are specialists in artful, documentary style photography and videography of the handmade. We have a genuine curiosity in British craft and sustainable design today. We recognise that customers want to know where their product comes from and how it was made. So do we. This is what we show through honest and authentic imagery. Our team has a wealth of experience in collaborating throughout the UK with heritage brands and sustainable businesses. We are an enthusiastic and friendly group that listens and cares about the ongoing success of our client’s business. David and Matt are our creatives, whilst Mark co-ordinates our larger shoots. Isaac brings his expertise in design and SEO to produce our digital presence. We all share the same interest and passion for British craft and value driven brands.

We produce quarterly issues of our free magazine featuring artists, makers and businesses that are shaping British craft and sustainable design. The content is produced in-house by our creatives, led by their personal passions and interests. It is a platform for our readers to learn more about our client’s work. We feature interviews, photo stories and short films. The magazine is also our opportunity to delve a little deeper into what drives and inspires us. Inspired by the British landscape and culture today, we are proud to also share individual maker stories from across Britain.
